Not Your Average Pet Sitter

Mark is a life long animal lover, an older-mature professional, with a diverse background.  For example:

He is a professional mental health therapist-life coach-addictions counselor, who has passed all state and national background checks.  His first career was in medical sales/product development, focusing on PPE and infection prevention products.  Last, he is a certified Fly Fishers International (FFI) casting instructor, and a former guide and Patagonia lodge manager.

Final Word

Your pet and home will be safe!  As we re-open, please feel free to call or email to review service options, questions, etc.

Thank you

Fort Collins Pet Sitter: Moxie and Jamie Weekly Walks

Today's Blog Post

Client Testimonial

Highly recommend. My dogs are my family, not just pets, so I experienced a lot of anxiety around finding someone to be responsible for them while I was at work; then Mark entered the picture. He is obviously an animal person. He takes time to sit on the floor/couch and play with the dogs, getting to know each dog and their personality. He walks my dogs three times a week, consistently and reliably on schedule.

When I come home from work they are noticeably less stressed from being alone, because they had 40 - 60 minutes with Mark. And it's also very nice to get a mid-day picture of their adventures. My one Rat Terrier (Moxie, seen in left pic) is cautious around new people, sometimes not warming up to them for months. Within the second day, Moxie had decided that Mark was safe and a friend.

Fort Collins Pet and House Sitter: Unlimited Pets

Today's Blog Post

Client Testimonial

From the moment that my husband and I met Mark, we could tell he loves animals and understands their personalities.  We had a bad experience with another pet sitter, but our experience with Mark put our minds at ease.  Now that we are working with Mark, it's wonderful to know that when we leave our pets and home, they are being well cared for.

Not only did he care for our pets, but he also shoveled 16 inches of snow we received while we were gone.  We have a full house of pets, (3) dogs, (2) cats, (2) birds, and (1) snake.  Mark was able to handle all of them for an affordable price.  We will certainly use his services again, and we highly recommend him.

Boulder Colorado Pet and House Sitting: Reunion with my old buddies

Today's Blog Post

Do you remember me?  I was your pet sitter for 1.5 years.  Due to my client moving, I have not seen Leonard for nearly 6 months.

I entered his new Boulder home and was jumped on, tackled, and smothered with kisses --  he was out of control with excitement.

Keithy do you remember me?  She was a bit reserved when I entered the home.  Prior to moving to Boulder, I only watched her a handful of times.  After a few minutes, she gave me a combo of kisses and nips to the nose (she still needs to learn how to kiss).

We are the newest pet and house sitting service in Boulder. Clients work with us because:

↝ Age, Maturity, Experience
↝ Independent Owner (non-franchise or web App)
↝ Passed criminal background checks
↝ Handle special needs and difficult dogs
↝ Financially handle any emergency

We are accepting new Boulder clients and would love to meet-n-greet.

PS. Don't forget your pet sitter is also a Colorado mental health counselor-coach, and a certified fly fishing instructor.

Client Testimonial

Mark has been a wonderful help in my life.  He is reliable, communicative, and responsive. He has been available for some last minute requests and is super professional. He sends me messages and pictures from his walks with my dog Rue. He also tends to go above and beyond what is promised.  And on top of all that my dog loves him. Rue is wildly excited whenever he sees Mark. After time with Mark, Rue has a big smile on his face and it is clear that Rue has gotten a good deal of exercise and love. I am grateful to have such an experienced and reliable dog expert available to help when needed.  Thanks Mark!

Dover NH Pet and House Sitting Service

A BIG Decision

We won't use pushy sales tactics to persuade you to work with us, but not all house sitters have experience with home ownership, nor are they properly trained to effectively manage emergency situations.  When you work with us, you can expect the following:

  • Personal home and apartment building ownership/experience for over twenty years.
  • Educated professional, with many skills -- you're not hiring a kid.
  • Trained professionals who hold many certificates.
  • Persons who have real world experience -- we think and can easily solve problems.
  • References from local law enforcement and community leaders.

About Me

If you plan to hire us to watch your home and protect your investments, we expect you to thoroughly investigate everything about us -- If it were my home, I would!  To begin your review process, please visit http://ontheflypetsitting.blogspot.com/p/about.html  If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Types of Service

Our flexibility is the cornerstone of our service.  We offer both pet and house sitting services.  For example:

  • Some clients only hire us to watch and protect their property.
  • Some clients only hire us to care for their pets.
  • Sometimes we do both.

House Sitting

Our primary services are focused on pet sitting, but we do house sit in New England, and around the world. Rates are competitive, ranging from $15 - $100 per night.  Bottom line, whether we are only taking care of your home, or the combination of your home and pet(s), your investments will be protected while you are away.

Benefits of working with us:

  • I am in excellent physical shape. I am an ex-scholarship athlete from Iowa State University.  I am six feet four inches tall, and weigh two hundred and twenty pounds.  Science proves physical size makes criminals think twice and target less risky environments.
  • I have been trained in personal, handgun, hunting guns, and archery equipment safety.
  • I have tons of experience with painting, yard work, landscaping, light carpentry, and more.
  • 100% customization -- competitive rates based on house duties, pets or no pets, location and length of time.
  • Proven experience and ability.
  • Yo hablo Espanol -- I speak Spanish.

Note:  Due to the many variables and detailed nature of home sitting, we will create a service program/pricing plan that meets your specific needs.  We look forward to speaking with you directly.

Contact

Personally, we rarely hire people over the phone.  At your convenience, we look forward to a face-to-face introduction meeting.  This meeting can be held at your home, or if you feel more comfortable, we can meet at local coffee shop.  For contact information, please visit http://ontheflypetsitting.blogspot.com/p/contact.html
