Compared to other service jobs, pet sitting services are unquestionably unique.  We are expected to provide the highest level of care and love for your pets (i.e., while you are away, we are responsible for your financial and emotional investments).  That said, our clients work with us because:

  • 100% face-to-face service with independently locally owned-operated business (i.e., not a franchise, or web based national service)
  • We demonstrate exceptional personal character and kindness to all animals
  • We are actively socially responsible, and conduct business in a professional manner
  • We have passed all state and national criminal background checks

Our mission is to make a better everyday for you and your pet. We have purposely designed our business to be a small, client-driven pet sitting service, based entirely upon positive person-to-pet relations.  By offering 100% customization, we will always meet the personal needs of our clients and their pets. We achieve your goals by listening to your specific pet needs, and conducting our services in the most professional, yet socially responsible business way.

To Be Contract

I publicly promise To Be the following for our clients:

  • Your house and pet will be treated like my own
  • In all situations, I will always act in the best interest of you, your home, and pet
  • I will never lie, cheat or steal  
  • No one is perfect.  If I make mistakes, I will take full responsibility and hold myself accountable
  • Your dog will never be at risk by a large group of dogs -- we purposely limit the number of dogs we care for
  • If we cannot meet your needs, we will help you find the right person for you
  • If you are not fully satisfied with our services, you will receive an apology and 100% of your money back
