Pet Sitting Dover NH: Kennel vs. Private Home Boarding

It's March -- spring break season in New Hampshire.  Pet owners are flying south.  Before leaving, pet owners are faced with the following decision:

  • Board your dog at a kennel or work with a pet sitter, at their home.

Both options have advantages and disadvantages.  However, I truly believe boarding your pet in the most natural, stress-free environment is best.

Boarding your pet at my home offers:
  • No stress environment.
  • Organic-chemical free back yard.
  • Unlimited walks per day.  Field trips to local river and walking trails.
  • Prices are about the same as a kennel; however, I offer personal attention, 24/7 care, and you can drop-off and can pick-up your pet at anytime.
  • I am a home owner (i.e., not a renter). No lead paint or other toxins in my home.

Otter returns for a 7 day stay and daily field trips to our local river.

Our morning routine.

Meet Mira.
Sometimes we have more than one guest, but I purposely limit the amount of dogs per over-night stay.
