Mark is always warm and calm and confident with my dog, and firm when he needs to be. Mark knows how to handle dogs. My dog is a rescue and missing some of the socialization he would have ideally gotten. When I leave him with Mark, he is not just being "warehoused" so he is safe... he is being taught how to respond appropriately to new things in an enriching environment. I highly recommend Mark to other dog owners.
